Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your AEG Dishwasher.
Regular Filter Cleaning
Ensure that filters are cleaned regularly to prevent them from becoming clogged. Remove the filters and rinse them under running water. Make sure they are placed correctly to avoid damage and ensure effective cleaning.
Spray Arm Maintenance
Check that the spray arms are not clogged. If the holes in the spray arms are blocked, use a thin pointed object to clear them. Avoid removing the spray arms entirely.
Use of Suitable Detergents
Only use detergents specifically designed for dishwashers. Avoid using abrasive products or solvents to prevent damage to the appliance.
External Cleaning
Clean the exterior of the dishwasher with a moist soft cloth. Ensure that no moisture enters the control panel.
Check Water Connection
Ensure that the water hoses are not damaged. Before connecting the appliance to new pipes, let the water run until it is clear to prevent contamination.
